In this presentation, we will explore best practices for managing employees effectively within a community association setting. As a Community Association Manager, leading a team requires a strategic approach that balances operational efficiency, legal compliance, and strong leadership skills. We will focus on the next level of human resources practices as a part 2 to the presentation from last year. By implementing these high-level management strategies, CAMs can enhance productivity, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive their associations toward sustained success.
This course is approved by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification.

Aimee Hilton, CMCA, AMS Aimee Hilton, CMCA, AMS, is a Portfolio Community Association Manager. She holds her CMCA and AMS and has been in the industry for over 8 years. She also holds a master’s degree in human resource management and her passion is managing persons of all backgrounds and advocacy for inclusion. She is the Chair for the Annual Conference Committee. She is a Seattle area native and has a 5-year-old daughter named Olivia, 2 cats, Cinnamon and Mocha, and a small dog, Spartacus. She has a slight obsession with Starbucks, and you can normally find her there. |
