About Us

Putting Unity Into Community

We are the Washington State Community Associations Institute (WSCAI).  As a nonprofit, we provide education and resources to the over 1,300 homeowner members, 600 plus professional community manager members, and over 300 service provider members.

We serve our members, not special interest groups or developers and we do not donate to politicians, but we do lobby on behalf of our homeowner and manager members.

WSCAI serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations (homeowners associations (HOAs), condominiums, co-ops and Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) for the entire state of Washington. WSCAI is the third largest chapter of 64 nationally and internationally.
