Who We Serve

WSCAI serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations—homeowners associations (HOAs), condominiums, co-ops, and planned unit developments (PUDs)—throughout Washington state.

We serve our members, not special interest groups or developers. We do not donate to politicians, but we do lobby on behalf of our homeowner and manager members.

WSCAI is the third largest CAI chapter among 64 nationwide and internationally.

WSCAI provides statewide learning, business, and networking support for HOAs, condos, co-ops, and PUDs.

At the National Level

CAI members include all types of association-governed communities—condominiums, HOAs, cooperatives, and planned communities of all sizes; individual homeowners; community managers and management firms; builders and developers; accountants, attorneys, lenders, insurance providers, reserve specialists, public officials, and product/service suppliers—working together to create more livable communities.

CAI has more than 45,000 members in 55 chapters throughout the United States (and several foreign countries).
CAI provides education and resources to America’s 231,000 residential condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations—and to the professionals and suppliers who serve them.

CAI’s reach extends beyond its direct membership. Every homeowner in member associations—and every employee in member firms—benefits from CAI programs, research, and advocacy.
