Event Details

Project planning begins way before the time of hoped for completion. What goes into the process and when should the process start?  How should the scope of work be detailed, and how are requests for proposals submitted?  Best practices for communicating with the members about what needs to happen on their part will also be covered.

This course is approved by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification.

Scott began his career as a Maintenance Supervisor in this Industry 30 years ago. He was soon elevated to an on-site management position and then an area Manager. He helped grow his previous company from 6 Associations to over 50 in five years and later found a wonderful home with VIS Group. There he is able to follow his passion for educating and helping those who are new to the industry become the best they can be. He is also allowed the freedom and balance to spend time with my wonderful wife and three amazing kids who are growing up too fast.  It is a constant reminder of how time does not stop and we are limited in the impact we can make in this world, and to those in our lives.
