This webinar will cover the history and purpose of the Corporate Transparency Act, explain the filing of a Beneficial Ownership Information report, and detail the penalties for noncompliance. There will also be a discussion of the various court cases and legislative efforts to delay filing requirements or exempt community associations altogether.
