Join us for an introduction to the in’s and out’s of installing EV charging equipment at your residence. Subjects covered include: charging basics (types, time, demand), costs for permitting and installation, upgrades to existing electrical service, provisions for multifamily applications (one for all?, ADA compliant charging stations?) and more.
This course is approved by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification.

Tasso Eracles has over 40 years at a Senior/Ownership level in condominium property management and as a consultant to developers seeking property management advice in preparation of launching over 2,000 of their developments.
