60 Minute Meeting - Guide to holding an effective meeting

We have all been in a meeting that has lasted too long. We will discuss how to put together a productive meeting, including agendas, meeting prep, meeting material, and how to stay focused and on task. An example of Bylaws will be presented and guidelines governing meeting procedures will be reviewed including: meeting notification, agendas, quorums, executive sessions and distribution of meeting minutes. In addition we will discuss declarations related to meetings and addressing conflicts requiring mediation.

This course is approved by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification."
