Meet Your Presenter:
Karen McDonald, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, RS
Karen McDonald is President & Founder of Accurate Reserve Professionals, LLC. A former community association manager, she now works to prepare quality, detailed and easy to understand reserve studies to help associations better identify their current reserve funding status and develop a budget plan for the coming years. Karen is a Past President of the WSCAI Chapter and serves on several committees. Outside of the office she lives on a hobby farm with her husband and a collection of animals.
