Kyle Tibbs, WSCAI Executive Director
Kyle’s Bio:
Kyle has been WSCAI's Executive Director since late 2022 and is an avid advocate of common-interest-communities. He has been an association executive for nearly ten years, holds a bachelors degree in Political Science from Marshall University, and a Masters of Public Administration from Penn State University. Kyle is a certified human resource professional through the Society of Human Resource Managers and holds membership in the Washington Society for Association Excellence, International City Management Association, and the Labor and Employment Relations Association.
