Michelle Schlichting

Michelle Schlichting, CMCA, AMS started in the management industry in 2004 and has spent her entire career with Condominium Management. She started as an Association Manager and in 2017 became the GM of Sixty-01. After 4 years with Sixty-01 she came back to the main office as a Senior Association Manager and is now the Director of Education and Community Development. She enjoys working with Boards and the owners of her various properties and finds it challenging to help turn Associations around. She has worked through 6 reclads and multiple special assessments in her time in the industry. She is the proud mom of 2 amazing boys and a Proud Marine Mom.
