Kristen A McCormick

Kristen is CEO and co-owner of Agynbyte, a community association management company based in Bellevue. An industry veteran, her varied experience includes regional management of extensive portfolios spanning multiple states, luxury high-rise management, developer liaison work, and management of historic buildings. Kristen enjoys helping communities through effective board and committee training, crafting realistic budgets, and creating responsible maintenance plans. She partners with associations and their volunteers to “work smarter, not harder” through process improvement and diligent document retention.

Placing a high value on industry collaboration, manager education, and board member engagement, Kristen is a frequent speaker at industry events and webinars. In addition to serving as President of WSCAI's Board of Directors, she serves as a member of the chapter’s DEIB and Legislative Action Committees. When not at work, Kristen can be found outside either hiking or visiting the coast with her husband and dog.
