Katie Latimer Martinez

Katie Latimer Martinez is an associate attorney who provides general counsel to community associations. She is passionate about making complex legal issues easily digestible and ensuring that internal operational policies run smoothly and achieve the client’s goal. Prior to joining Condominium Law Group, Katie gained experience working in employment and workers’ compensation law and advising several residential real estate development companies.

She obtained her undergraduate degree from Villanova University before attending Seattle University School of Law. Katie graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2021 and was the Editor in Chief of the Seattle Journal of Technology, Environmental & Innovation Law (SJTEIL). She grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, so in her free time she loves exploring the Pacific Northwest, traveling, spending time with her family, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
