Justin Sudweeks

Justin D. Sudweeks, Esq., is a partner with Stein, Sudweeks & Stein, PLLC. He is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law with an
undergraduate degree from BYU. He has practiced law for over 20 years, during the course of which he has been involved in the resolution of construction defect claims involving dozens of condominium associations as well as the resolution of numerous first-party property insurance claims for condominium associations. Justin negotiated hundreds of successful recoveries for condominium associations from historical property insurers. Justin was also involved in the drafting of legal briefings that Courts use when determining if there is coverage under historical property insurance policies.
