Jackki Vo

Jackki Vo, CMCA®, AMS®, has risen through various roles since joining CWD Group in 2013 and is currently the Director of Operations. Bringing over two decades of staff engagement and training to the team, Jackki leads by creating and promoting a collaborative work environment. She runs the Community Outreach Committee and DEI initiatives within her office, successfully launching inclusive programs that have spread awareness and conversations surrounding DEI amongst the team. Jackki was nominated for WSCAI Volunteer of the Year and Manager of the Year 3 consecutive years in a row and was honored with WSCAI Manager of the Year award in 2021. She serves as Chairperson for the Washington State Chapter of CAI’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee, and is additionally a committee member with the CAI National’s DEI Task Force where she worked with colleagues to present at the 2023 National Pre-Conference M-400 on DEI. Jackki is currently serving her first year as a WSCAI Board Member At-Large.
