Quadrant 2 activities (important and not urgent) are where Covey suggests we need to focus our time to achieve our long-term goals. These activities include relationship building, planning and team empowerment.
Quadrant 2 activities are critical in Strategic Account Management. Diane spent 25+ years as a seller-doer in the corporate architecture field; owning and operating her own firm in Washington, DC for 10 of those years. She sold her firm to pursue her passion of coaching and training professionals in the concept of client-focus.
