Craig Goodmansen

CRAIG GOODMANSEN is the Owner and General Manager for McLeod Construction with over 25 years’ experience in single family, multi-family, and light commercial construction following 6 years of military service with the US Navy, Special Forces. He continues to focus on building envelope evaluation and associated repairs due to water intrusion or product end of life replacement. Working with product manufacturers, engineers, and other building consultants, he is up to date on current specifications required for the most used siding materials, fluid-applied deck membrane systems and flashing details needed to maintain a building’s envelope.
