BEN BORLAND Ben has been in the construction industry since 1989 inspecting, repairing buildings, consulting, and managing projects. He enjoys planning projects. There is no “One Size Fits All.” He thinks outside of the box and tailors resolves to the specifics of the property and his client’s program. Ben is a firm believer in planning for success. This stays foremost in project planning, execution, and management of his projects. When enjoying his lakeside paradise at Lake Tapps, Ben has a passion for fixing hot rods and getting creative with home projects. Boating, fishing, and spending time with friends fills much of his time away from work.
