Alexis Ducich

Alexis Ducich has been representing condominium and homeowners associations since 2008 and has extensive experience with all aspects of community association assessment collection. Alexis also provides legal counsel to associations regarding enforcing the association's governing documents including levying and collecting fines, as well as drafting rules and regulations to assist with compliance and timely payment of assessments and other duly levied charges. Alexis is based in Vial Fotheringham’s Seattle office and represents associations in Washington and Oregon. In her free time, Alexis enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
