Tim Feth

Attorney Tim Feth has represented community associations in nearly all aspects of general counsel and litigation, including governing document interpretation and amendment, covenant and rule enforcement, special assessment advice and documentation, insurance loss and uninsured expense allocation issues, contract review, fair housing matters, and construction defect litigation. Additionally, Tim assists community association clients in pursuing building warranty claims before litigation, and when needed, he successfully litigates construction defect cases to resolution.

Tim also represents non-community association clients in litigation and has experience with view disputes, boundary disputes, commercial disputes, and condemnation.
