Professional Bio
Jason joined Vial Fotheringham in 2003 and currently represents homeowner and condominium associations in various types of litigation including construction defect, land use, architectural review, and rules enforcement. Jason also provides general counsel relating to HOA governance, document amendment, turnover, and development issues.
Jason served as a past President of CAI-Oregon (Community Associations Institute), and is a member of OWCAM, the Real Estate and Land Use and Litigation sections of the Oregon State Bar, and the Multnomah Bar Association. Jason also actively volunteers for the Lewis and Clark Law School Mentor Program.
