Andrea Goodmansen

Andrea is a Co-Owner of McLeod Construction, and has been a WSCAI Business Partner member since 2005. Andrea has seen firsthand the growth of the Chapter over the past 18 years and how valuable its programming is for all members: HOAs, COAs, Managers and Business Partners. She served as the 2023 WSCAI President, is currently serving as the Immediate Past President, and prior to that served as Board Treasurer. She also served on the WSCAI Business Partner Committee for six years, serving as committee chair for two years. She is proud of her work on the Business Partners Code of Ethics the committee established for our Chapter in 2011. Outside of work, Andrea loves to enjoy the great PNW with time spent in the garden, hiking, kayaking, and is always in the middle of reading a book!
