Tom Farrell

Tom Farrell is the Lead Building Engineer at Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue, a 43-story residential high-rise in downtown Seattle. With 35 years of experience in the field, Tom's expertise is extensive. Following his education at the University of Kansas, Tom served in the Peace Corps in Gabon, Africa where he contributed to the construction of three homes and a school. In his free time, Tom enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain biking, swimming, and hiking with his wife and dog. Additionally, he and his wife owned and operated a Chinese restaurant in Capitol Hill for over a decade with a goal to open another food venture in Tacoma within the next year.
