Professional Bio
Samantha Buerman, CMCA, AMS, started in the management industry in 2012 and has been an Association Manager with CWD Group, Inc., since 2018. Samantha manages several mixed-use and umbrella associations in the Puget Sound area. She deeply understands mixed-use cost allocations, expense reconciliations, reserves, and budgeting. Excel is by far her favorite Microsoft program.
