Laura K Carver

Laura Carver began her career in association management as a Front Desk Concierge at a large 55+ HOA in Northern Virginia, eventually advancing to Covenant Administrator for a 1,800-unit community. With experience in diverse portfolios, including managing inspections and the ACC approval process, Laura later transitioned to a Portfolio Manager role in Seattle, adapting to West Coast challenges. Laura is currently volunteering for CAMICB and the WSCAI Annual Conference Committee. Now holding her PCAM certification, she has found her passion in bookkeeping and putting volunteer board members on a schedule to succeed in a financially thriving homeowner’s association.
