Kristen Ledbetter

Kristen Ledbetter, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, serves as the Director of Business Development at Associa – EMB Management. With 20 years of experience in the Community Association Management industry, she leverages her extensive leadership and management expertise to foster strong relationships, enhance community and company engagement, and drive operational success for clients and managing partners alike. Passionate about mentorship, Kristen is dedicated to supporting the growth and development of industry professionals. A published author with CAI and active member of the Washington State Chapter, she currently serves on the Board of Directors and contributes as a member of the Education and DEIB Committees.
