Jerry Ringenberg

Jerry Ringenberg has worked with Condominium Associations for almost 35 years in various management positions, and he has been with Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue as their Building Manager since 2011.  He takes pride in being a manager and gets great satisfaction working with the Board of Directors to accomplish their vision, with the homeowners to make their lives better, with the staff to maximize their potential, and with the contractors to successfully complete projects. Jerry built a house on Bainbridge Island 12 years ago where he resides with his wife and Airedale Terrier and where he tends to his fruit orchard on the weekends.
