Ann Hart

Ann Hart is a commercial insurance professional with HUB International Northwest and specializes in community association and other real estate coverage. Her 25+ years of combined experience in insurance and risk management, community association management, real estate, senior housing, and rental management, provides her with a unique foundation and understanding of the industry and how best to serve the associations she works with.
As an active member of WSCAI, Ann currently chairs the Business Partners Committee and sits on the Communications Committee, and has obtained the Educated Business Partner designation. Ann contributes regularly as a presenter at local trade organization educational events, has written multiple articles for the WSCAI Journal, was selected as the 2022 WSCAI Volunteer of the Year, enjoys working with and educating owners, managers, and boards of directors, and volunteers with other organizations and projects in her free time.
