This membership is for individual property owners within a community association (must be in WA state), you do not need to be a community board member, only a property owner within a community.
If your community association is not ready to join CAI, but as a proactive homeowner, you would like to be privy to the training, service provider connections, informative publications, legislative updates and reference material provided by WSCAI, you may join as an individual homeowner.
