Strategic Planning for the 21st Century Board

A Seminar For Current & Future Board Members & Community Leaders

Board service can be keenly rewarding and assist a community to achieve its goals; but beyond the routine board meeting, the boards of today must look 5, 10, 20 years into the future to assure the community will meet the needs of an ever-changing community landscape. It is essential to understand future planning for communities to succeed.

In this session, board members will be given tools to recognize community needs, take their vision and put it into action, and lay a foundation for the future of their community and board members yet to be elected.

Paul Grucza, CMCA, AMS, PCAM has presented this seminar a couple times in 2018. Many participants requested additional, in-depth information. Paul has put together a three-hour seminar to help community leaders gather the information to prepare their communities for the future.
