Prior to joining Amento Group, Dave worked for a high-profile construction company in the Seattle area as a Project Manager and Head Estimator where he continued to refine his skills and knowledge in the remediation industry. His skills developing critical path construction schedules and preparing estimates for large scale remediation projects enhance Amento Group’s depth of construction knowledge. With a well-rounded field background, Dave brings a practical approach to solving building envelope issues with a focus on constructibility and aesthetics.

Allison Peryea, Esq., is a shareholder attorney at community association law firm Peryea Silver Taylor, P.S. in downtown Seattle. She has worked in the community association industry since 2010. Her practice focuses on dispute resolution including litigation, and she also provides general counsel services. She is a member of the WSCAI Board of Directors, and a Board liaison to the ADR Committee. She is a longtime member of the WSCAI Communications Committee and former editor of the WSCAI chapter magazine. She is a former member of the Eastlake Community Council, her neighborhood council in Seattle, and continues to serve as the social media and event coordinator.

Melissa Guyott, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, together with her husband Rob, opened Ponderosa Community Management in Spokane; a dog friendly office. Focused only on the management of common interest communities, Melissa hopes to bring her nearly 15 years of management experience in the Seattle market to the Inland Northwest. When she’s not trying to figure out how to work the new office equipment, together with her groom and Bubba, Ponderosa’s CGR (Chief Golden Retriever), Melissa enjoys taking in all the amazing beauty of the great outdoors, hitting a fly fishing film festival or enjoying a red flight at a great Washington winery.
