Alycia Maykovich is a Project Manager with Agynbyte LLC. Alycia has been in the industry for 8 years, the majority of that time spent as a Community Association Manager. Her portfolio has been comprised of condominiums ranging from 14 units to 250 unit mixed-use buildings. Alycia began working at Agynbyte LLC in 2019 and after two years as a portfolio manager, she was asked to help build the Project Management Division. As a portfolio manager for several years, she understands the complexities of working with boards, owners as well as vendors and strives to make the process as seamless as possible. Â

Brett Nebeker is the Agency owner and Condo HOA Practice Leader at Rice Insurance. His practice has been focused on common interest communities for nearly 15 years.
