Tyler Weaver, CMCA, AMS, PCAM is the President of Best Management Company, a community association management firm that helps condominium and homeowners associations build stronger community relations, complete capital projects and increase financial stability. His work has helped communities avoid difficult situations and pitfalls of the industry. Prior to a career in the industry Tyler was a Commercial Shellfish Diver where he farmed and harvested Geoduck. In the last 12 years, Tyler has advanced his career into a leadership role at Best Management Company while still retaining an active role as Senior Community Association Manager and providing exceptional service to Community Associations.

Justin D. Sudweeks, Esq., is a partner with Stein, Sudweeks & Stein, PLLC. He is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law with an undergraduate degree from BYU. Washington Law & Politics recognized Justin as a “rising star”. He has practiced law for 20 years, during the course of which he has been involved in the resolution of construction defect claims involving dozens of condominium associations. Justin spent two years as counsel for one of the largest insurers of construction contractors and sub-contractors before joining our practice. His experience also includes the resolution of construction defect claims on behalf of contractors, insurers, and homeowner associations.

Daniel Stein, Esq., is a partner at Stein, Sudweeks & Stein, PLLC, and specializes in insurance coverage and construction defect issues. He is also a contributor to the WSCAI’s Community Association Journal. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts at UCLA and his Juris Doctorate at USC Gould School of Law where he was a member of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. Prior to joining Stein, Sudweeks & Stein, Daniel worked on complex class action lawsuits.
