Alexis Ducich, Esq., is Seattle’s lead collections attorney at Barker Martin, P.S. Alexis has been representing condominium and homeowners associations since 2008 and has extensive experience with all aspects of assessment collection. Alexis also assists associations with drafting, amending, and enforcing the association’s governing documents and provides legal counsel to associations on a variety of other matters. Prior to joining Barker Martin, Alexis provided general counsel to community associations and was in-house counsel for a debt collection agency. In her free time, Alexis enjoys playing and watching sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
