Brian Johnson

Brian Johnson has been with Charter Construction since 1998 and has worked his way through the ranks of the company. He received a degree in construction management from Brigham Young University. In 2007, he became the team leader of Charter’s remediation team and helped Charter become an industry leader in envelope repair and remediation projects. Brian has managed more than $300 million of work and consulted on over 500 construction defect projects. He oversees all estimating and construction operations in the remediation team and has become an expert in cost management, constructability, and scheduling. In 2012, Brian was promoted to Vice President of Charter Construction where he continues to guide Charter with a strong eye for operational efficiencies, risk management, and strategic planning.

Robert Bombino, MS, PE (WA, MA) is the President of RDH, responsible for providing executive leadership and managing the company’s growth. Committed to achieving RDH’s Vision, his passion is driving strategic initiatives and developing new approaches to deliver and broaden their services.

Robert is also a Senior Building Science Specialist and an industry leader in evaluating the design and performance of building enclosure systems, with extensive experience across the United States and Canada. He has focused his career on both enclosure rehabilitation of Existing Buildings and the design and construction of New Buildings projects. He also provides his expertise and draws on his experience for litigation projects. His ability to understand the needs and expectations of our clients informs his approach to managing RDH’s growth.

Nicole Lemons, CMCA, is an owner of Emerald Management & Consulting as well as the Director of Association Management & Special Project Administration. She has been working in the Apartment and Community Association industry for over twenty-three years.  Nicole is an active WSCAI volunteer, she chairs the Managers Only Meetings Committee and serves on the Membership Committee. Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, baking, and painting.

Jeremy Stilwell, Esq.

Jeremy Stilwell, Esq., is a partner at Barker Martin, P.S., a Pacific Northwest law firm representing condominium and homeowner associations in litigation and general counsel matters. Since 2001, Jeremy’s practice has focused on representing property owners with an emphasis on community association law. A significant part of his practice involves litigation including construction defect, product liability and first party insurance claims. Jeremy also represents numerous community associations in litigation and non-litigation matters related to general governance, major projects and operational issues. Prior to moving to Seattle, Jeremy served the State of Oklahoma as a prosecuting attorney gaining extensive trial experience including the prosecution of over 20 jury trials and numerous non-jury trials. Outside the office, he enjoys fly fishing, hiking and traveling with his family.
