Tim Hollingshead, CMCA, AMS

Tim Hollingshead, CMCA, AMS is a Community Association Manager for Morris Management, where he oversees 11 communities as a Portfolio Manager. He has been in the Community Association industry for 6 years. Tim has notable interests in resolving conflict on boards and within the community, keeping finances on track for the community, as well as helping his coworkers achieve their best. Originally from Pennsylvania, Tim has lived in the Northwest for about 25 years. Prior to working in Community Management, he worked in the real estate and banking industries. When not working, Tim can be found working on landscaping around the house, chopping wood, and playing with his 2 boys.

Bob Brencic, CMCA, AMS, MBA, is President and Owner of Trestle Community Management. In 8-years he has organically grown the firm to a team of over 40-people, 120 communities, and 11,000 homes making Trestle one of the largest firms in the Washington state. Having been awarded 2021 Business Partner of the Year by Washington State CAI, Trestle is a standout for its professionalism and execution to get things accomplished for Clients.

Prior to Trestle, Bob spent a 25-year career in the high technology industry. He was named as a Small Business Hero by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2018. Bob holds an MBA and a BS in from the University of Santa Clara, he is certified by CAI with an AMS and CMCA, and serves as Treasurer of the Bellevue Towers Condominium Association and on the Suncadia Finance Committee.

David Schmidt has worked for Fischer Restoration for 12 years as a technician and project manager in mitigating water damage for commercial and residential losses. David has an extensive background in mitigating losses in community associations. He resides in Edmonds with his wife and 3 daughters.

David Hossfeld currently serves at the Vice President for SageWater. Throughout his 25-years’ experience in his career, David has spent a considerable amount of time presenting and educating the multifamily industry on subjects that have both an economic and social impact on their property values and well-being. David has presented more than 150 seminars throughout his career. His in-depth knowledge and experience in the industry has fostered a positive impact on the company.

Jackie Davis

Jackie Davis

Jackie Davis is the Business Development Manager for BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC and is the current WSCAI Chapter President.

She loves working with customers and meeting new people in the industry every day. She has been actively involved with WSCAI, serving as Vice President of the 2020 Board of Directors, co-chair of the CA Day Committee, member of the Business Partner Committee, Membership Committee where she serves as an Ambassador, as well as organizes the WSCAI Kickball tournament. She has also been on the Communications and Made for Manager’s Day Committees. She has enjoyed volunteering for several of the Community Outreach events as well.

Jackie graduated from the University of Washington and has spent much of her career producing industry events and trade shows. Jackie has been married to Danny for 22 years and they have 2 teenage kids, Justin and Jessie, along with 2 crazy dogs and a cat.

Amy S. Clements, ARM, CIRMS

Amy S. Clements, ARM, CIRMS, is the Marketing Manager at Community Association Underwriters (CAU) and has been in the insurance industry since 1991. She has specialized in community association insurance since 2005 and involved with WSCAI since that time. Amy earned the Community Insurance & Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) designation in 2008. In addition to participating in many speaking opportunities with the WSCAI, Amy is serving as President-Elect of the 2020 Board of Directors, a past co-chair on the Education Committee, served on the Business Partners Committee and Legislative Action Committee and is a current member of the Communications Committee. In her spare time, Amy enjoys traveling, wine tasting and playing golf with her husband. 

Denise Dana, RS

Denise Dana, RS

Denise Dana, RS, is a Principal of Reserve Consultants LLC, a consulting firm working with community associations providing reserve contribution recommendations, building inspections, repair specifications and project oversight. She is also a registered architect, licensed in the State of Washington with over twenty years of experience in architecture, and became a LEED accredited professional in 2003. Denise is also a credentialed Reserve Specialist, completing reserve studies and capital expenditure reports since 2008. In 2011 she was recognized as a “Reserve Specialist” by the Community Associations Institute.

Todd Egland, Esq. has broad-based experience in complex business, employment, environmental, community association, and bankruptcy matters. He has also helped businesses with environmental regulatory issues before state and federal agencies. At Chmelik Sitkin & Davis, Todd’s practice includes general business litigation, bankruptcy and collections on behalf of creditors, and representation of community associations, homeowner’s associations, and camping associations.

Lena Barouh, Esq. is an associate attorney who provides general counsel to community associations. She graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2015. Prior to joining Condominium Law Group in early 2018, she worked as a family law and immigration attorney. A Seattle native, Lena enjoys hiking, SCUBA diving, listening to live music, and spur-of-the-moment road trips with her husband and dog.

Vanessa Tilberg, CMCA, AMS, PCAM is the Operations Director at Trestle Community Management. She joined the industry in 2013 and managed a portfolio Community Associations for six years before moving into a leadership role. Vanessa is the outgoing Chair of the WSCAI Law Day Committee and served on the WSCAI Outreach Committee for several years. As Operations Director, she leads Trestle’s Client Experience Team and Accounting Department, focusing on internal and external support, and company processes, procedures, and educational efforts.

Kristen McCormick, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is the CEO of Agynbyte LLC. She additionally serves as Chair for WSCAI’s Managers Only Meeting Committee. Kristen has been working in the community association management industry for over 18 years, managing in both portfolio and on-site capacities in Florida, as a developer liaison in North and South Carolina, and as a portfolio manager for historic buildings in Massachusetts. She has been living and working in Washington state for over 9 years. When not working at one of the fastest growing management companies in the Pacific Northwest, Kristen can be found outdoors either hiking or visiting the Oregon coast with her husband and two dogs.

Valerie Oman, Esq., is a partner at Condominium Law Group, where she has practiced since 2009. She represents community associations on collections, general counsel, and governance issues. Valerie is passionate about providing high quality, practical legal services and solutions to our clients. Valerie graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law (2005). Valerie grew up in the Pacific Northwest, is an avid Seahawks fan, and speaks four languages with varying degrees of fluency. Valerie loves spending time with her young child, family, and friends as well as her dog, Dot. She can often be found hiking, cooking, or planning her next travel adventure. An active WSCAI volunteer, Valerie is a speaker at industry events, management seminars, and community associations, and contributes regularly to industry periodicals.
