Nicolas Marin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, RS, is the Owner and President of Navigate Community Management, a firm dedicated solely to the management of community associations in Washington. Nicolas was born and raised in France, and brings more than a decade of experience in the community association management industry. He practiced community management in Paris, France, and Chicago, Illinois prior to launching his own firm with a focus on technology. He is currently serving as Chair of WSCAI’s Education Committee and is a member of the Law Day Committee.

Dave has been providing general counsel legal advice to community associations for nearly 15 years. He was most recently a member of the WSCAI Business Partner Committee and is a frequent speaker and contributor to WSCAI events having presented numerous times at Law Day, Made For Managers Day, CA Day and other events. Recently, Dave’s article, “When Owners Petition for Meetings & Votes,” was featured in the December WSCAI journal. When Dave isn’t working, he enjoys music, skiing, golf, Kraken games and spending time with his family.

Chelsea Webster, CMCA, PCAM, joined Trestle Community Management in July 2019 and celebrates 15 years in the industry. In her role as Senior Community Manager, she manages a large, diverse portfolio of associations throughout the Puget Sound, specializing in large scale and active adult communities. Chelsea has been a very active, involved member of WSCAI since 2008, teaching various educational seminars and serving as a Community Outreach Committee member since 2012. She is currently serving a second term on the WSCAI Board of Directors.

Jeremy Newman, CPA, has audited real estate companies and community associations for over 20 years. His firm, Newman Certified Public Accountant PC (“HOACPA”) has provided audit and tax services to thousands of associations in multiple states, including master planned, mixed use, age restricted, golf/amenity associations to high rise condominiums. Jeremy’s firm provides advice, audit services, tax planning and tax return services. Jeremy presents to CAI members in several states, authors articles for CAI publications and attends industry and CAI events as a speaker and sponsor. HOACPA is proud of its HOACPA EDU education program for boards and managers.

Heather Hutchison, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Heather Hutchison, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is the General Manager at First Hill Plaza. Heather also lives in the First Hill neighborhood and is a member of the First Hill Improvement Association Board of Directors. She enjoys finding opportunities to support the healthy growth and enhancement of this vital and evolving portion of the city. Heather was born and raised in Montana and moved to the Pacific Northwest shortly after graduating from Montana State University. Heather has fourteen years managing community associations including portfolio-based, master planned, large-scale and high-rise associations in Oregon, California and Washington.
