Zenovia is a certified diversity professional who served as the President of the Washington Diversity Council Advisory Board. Zenovia currently serves on the Board of Directors for Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region. In the last decade, Zenovia has worked in higher education, sales, and marketing where creating diverse and inclusive programs was at the core of their mission. She has also owned multiple businesses. Zenovia understands how diversity and inclusion can impact an organization’s bottom line and culture. Zenovia was recently awarded the “Diversity Spirit Achievement Award” from City Career Fair productions for her active support of Diversity in the community and workplace.
