Roger A. Moss, Esq., is a mediator, attorney, and founder of Pacific Conflict Intervention, a consulting firm that develops innovative dispute resolution programs for affordable housing communities and other real estate related enterprises. A graduate of UC Berkeley, Roger leased and managed large retail and mixed-use real estate portfolios. He is a master of tenant landlord relations, and managed complex redevelopment projects in culturally diverse environments from Manhattan to Honolulu. Roger is a licensed real estate broker in California, and an active member of the California and Washington State Bar Associations. He currently serves on the executive committee of the WSBA ADR Section.
