Mitch Waterman, CMCA, is the former General Manager of Sudden Valley Community Association, the second largest HOA in Washington State. His work experience includes 35 years of Facility and Operations Management at one of our nation’s nuclear weapons R&D laboratories and policy development for the Department of Energy. Mitch is currently owner of MA Waterman Consulting (MAWC), an LLC specifically designed to support homeowner associations facing crisis and in need of immediate problem solving. Mitch is currently working with multiple Associations throughout Washington State.
