Kevin Ducotey, PCAM, has served as Director of Condominium Management, AAMC (from 1996 to current day), has 27 years of experience in the industry. Kevin has Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Texas Tech University with an emphasis in Real Estate and Accounting and maintains industry specific designations – AMS and PCAM. He served on WSCAI’s Communication Committee for 10 years, and authored numerous articles on different topics for WSCAI’s Community Associations Journal and taught the CAI Budgeting class for 3 years.
