At CAU, Jennifer is responsible for the coordination of all business units, including claims, underwriting, compliance and marketing. Prior to assuming that role, Jennifer was the casualty claim manager and responsible for a team of adjusters handling casualty claims for insured community associations. A former practicing insurance coverage attorney, Jennifer has authored numerous articles and is a frequent lecturer on insurance-related issues impacting community associations. She has participated at numerous prior CAI events, both on the national and local level. Jennifer has received her CIRMS designation.
Jennifer is also an active member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (“CLM”). Jennifer recently completed her 7th year as faculty at the CLM Claims College – School of Casualty Claims. She is also on the Executive Council for the School of Casualty Claims where she is charged with course development and selection of faculty. In 2014, Jennifer was recognized as one of four finalists for the Litigation Management Professional of the Year award.
