Jennifer Aspaas Esq. is the managing member of Strichartz Aspaas PLLC. She serves as general and litigation counsel for the firm’s condominium and homeowner association clients. Jennifer assists the clients with review, drafting and negotiation of contracts and in loan transactions. Jennifer also advises the clients with issues regarding general governance, declaration amendments and restatements to the governing documents. Jennifer has extensive experience representing the interests of creditors, both institutional and individual, in bankruptcy, collection matters, State and Federal Court litigation, real estate transactions and litigation. When not representing clients, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, ski racing and reconstructing her cabin.
