Christina Rhoades, CMCA, AMS, is the Senior Community Manager at Windermere. She serves on two WSCAI Committees for Membership and Managers Only Meetings. Christina enjoys serving on both committees because it combines her love for recruiting and her passion for training and developing new managers. Christina has worked in the community association management industry for over 3 years and enjoys every minute of the fast-paced life.
