Bryce Kennedy is an IICRC WRT Certified Senior Project Manager at Servpro of Seattle NW, an industry leading company providing 24/7 fire and water mitigation services, mold remediation, and bio-hazard clean-up for condominium associations and their respective owners and tenants. Recently, Bryce and his team have had a unique perspective being on the forefront of sanitization/decontamination efforts for COVID-19.
Before devoting his fulltime work to Servpro of Seattle NW, Bryce served as the Director for RealManage, a national condominium management company. Cumulatively, Bryce has been involved with CAI for over 12 years, participating in a variety of roles to help support the industry. Bryce has been involved with writing articles for other various industry journals, serving as a speaker on continuing education classes throughout the mitigation industry, as well as volunteering time for charitable events for the community.
In addition to serving as a Sr. Project Manager at Servpro of Seattle NW, Bryce’s main focus is supporting his three children and his wife of 20 years. Bryce graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in 2002. In his free time, he plays guitar and piano actively recording with fellow musicians. He has volunteered in community events in the region to help promote music and the arts. Bryce also enjoys travel, yoga, surfing, and golf.
