Alan Crandall, SVP, is west region Director for CIT’s Community Association Banking division. He and his team oversee a community association deposit portfolio of $1.6 billion. His duties include sales and compliance training for his team of eight financial services professionals, product development review, and customer success development. Before receiving a degree in Business Administration, Mr. Crandall served in the U.S. Army as an electronic warfare analyst. Alan has worked 36 years in the banking profession with thirty of those years specializing in community association banking services. As a nationally recognized expert on banking issues for the community association industry, Alan has been invited to testify before legislative committees for several state governments. As an award winning speaker, he regularly speaks on banking issues specific to the community association industry. On a personal level, Alan enjoys fishing, online computer gaming, and tabletop war gaming.
