Aimee Hilton, CMCA, AMS, is a Portfolio Community Association Manager with Emerald Management and Consulting. She holds her CMCA and AMS and has been in the industry for over 8 years. She also holds a master’s degree in human resource management and her passion is managing persons of all backgrounds and advocacy for inclusion. She is the Chair for the Made for Managers Day Committee. She is a Seattle area native and has a 5-year-old daughter named Olivia, 2 cats, Cinnamon and Mocha, and a small dog, Spartacus. She has a slight obsession with Starbucks, and you can normally find her there.
