2019 Community Association Law Day Photos: This is a single-day event held at the Lynnwood Convention Center on Saturday, April 27th, 2019. There were several legal sessions taught by experienced attorneys who understand the laws that affect Condominiums and HOAs in Washington State.

The event included 30 industry-related exhibitors and a silent action that was held throughout the day. Net proceeds benefit WSCAI’s Legislative Action Committee (LAC). You can read more about CAI and our chapter’s advocacy efforts here.

2019 Tri-Cities Educational Symposium Photos: This educational event and mini-tradeshow was specifically designed for WSCAI’s community associations that are outside the Seattle/Bellevue area. 3 topics were presented, full of timely information to assist owners, board members and managers who reside in and/or work with all forms of community associations – condominiums, homeowners associations (HOA’s) and cooperatives. The symposium provided nearly 4 hours of education for WSCAI Members in Eastern Washington.

2018 Made for Managers Day Photos

2018 Made for Managers Day Photos: Another successful Made for Mangers Day in the books! This year, Made for Managers Day was held on June 7th at the Lynnwood Convention Center.

Made for Managers Day is an annual educational event specifically tailored to industry professionals who manage common interest communities – condominiums, homeowners associations (HOA’s) and cooperatives. The education offered is appropriate for industry veterans and includes a track for those new to the industry or looking for a refresher. Managers can earn up to four (4) continuing education clock hours by attending the sessions.
