2017 Annual Meeting & Gala Photos. WSCAI’s Annual Meeting & Awards Gala is the chapter’s premier event. At this event, our many Chapter volunteers are acknowledged, Chapter Award winners are celebrated, as well as announcing the election results for the next year’s open Board positions.
2017 Annual Golf Tournament photos: WSCAI’s 17th Annual Themed Golf Tournament was held on July 26, 2017 at China Creek, Newcastle Golf Course. 190 Business Partners and Managers participated. This year’s theme, “Music Video,” resulted in many creative costumes and Hole Sponsor decorations based around favorite music video stars!

May 2017 Chapter Luncheon Photos. Chapter Luncheons are offered three times a year. They are open to all WSCAI members – homeowners, board members, managers, management company owners and businesses that service the community association industry.
These events also provide an opportunity for networking with peers, a delicious lunch, as well as 45-60 minutes of industry-specific education.
WSCAI 2017 Earth Day Project Photos. Each year, in honor of Earth Day, WSCAI’s Community Outreach Committee solicits nominations from member communities that are in need of assistance with landscape and general spring cleanup. From those nominations the Committee reviews and selects a deserving community.
Earth Day projects are backbreaking, yet fun and collaborative events. We thank all of our volunteers for coming out to support our efforts!
WSCAI 2017 Bowling For LAC Photos. Bowling for LAC is an annual fundraising event, hosted by WSCAI, in support of the Legislative Action Committee (CAI WA-LAC).
The WA-LAC is made up of volunteer homeowners and professionals serving community associations in Washington State. The committee is responsible for identifying important legislative issues regarding community associations in our State.
Net proceeds from this event go directly to the committee and support lobbying efforts on behalf of community associations statewide.
