Managers Only Meeting – November 15, 2018

Managers Only Meetings (MOMs) are offered each month with the exception of June and December. MOMs are held on Thursdays from 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and includes a light lunch.

These events are full of relevant, timely information to assist community association managers who want to increase their skills and knowledge-base that are essential to the successful management of associations. Various topics are covered by industry professionals who are members of WSCAI and specialize in a segment of the industry.

MOMs are free for Manager members and Sponsors of each specific MOM event. Non-member managers may pay $20 to attend.

We are living in uncertain times with frequent reports in the news of Active Shooters at Concerts, Night Clubs and Shopping Centers. Come learn what you can do should you have a situation with an Active Shooter on your property. This dynamic interactive presentation will work through various scenarios where audience participation will be encouraged. This is one class that no one should miss.

Regional Trainer at Allied Universal

Matthew Martin is a Regional Trainer for AUS.  He spent 16 years in the Australian Army and was a Commander in the Australian Special Forces with deployments that included Afghanistan. Toward the end of his Army career Matthew was a Commander of Military Police. When he moved to the US in 2017, he left behind a job as an instructor in the New South Wales Police Force. His work for the police included instructing Active Shooter Response to front line police officers.
