Managers Only Meetings (MOMs) are offered 6 times a year. MOMs are held on Thursdays from 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and includes a light lunch.
These events are full of relevant, timely information to assist community association managers wanting to increase their skills and knowledge-base, which are essential to the successful management of associations. Various topics are covered by industry professionals who are members of WSCAI and specialize in a segment of the industry.
MOMs are free for Manager members and Sponsors of each specific MOM event. Non-member managers may pay $20 to attend.

Learn how you can take advantage of these programs to help your clients lower their energy bills, improve comfort and increase value in their community. Partner with PSE to meet Seattle area benchmarking standards and improve sustainability with renewable energy and electric vehicle charging.
Puget Sound Energy, Outreach Manager
Leslie Myers, PSE’s customer outreach manager, focuses on sustainability, electrified transportation and renewable energy. Her role is to work with customers to learn their needs and interests; bring PSE resources to help them meet their energy-related goals; and share methods to lower bills, reduce carbon footprints and live safely with energy.
Portfolio Manager, Puget Sound Energy
David Jackman, Portfolio Manager on behalf of PSE’s Multifamily Retrofit Program, works with community associations, property management companies and real estate ownership groups to analyze firms’ portfolio of buildings, identify opportunities, and develop prioritized plans for implementing energy efficiency projects with PSE incentives. He is passionate about helping customers save energy and lower bills while improving comfort and reducing environmental impact.
