Ann has 20 years of combined experience in community association management, real estate, senior housing and rental management and enjoys helping others learn and excel in the industry and networking with other industry professionals. When she is not working, Ann enjoys traveling, attending sporting and cultural events, volunteering, working out, and spending time with friends and family, dogs Buddy and Charlie and cockatiel Peanut.

Throughout his 25-years’ experience in his career, David has spent a considerable amount of time presenting and educating the multifamily industry on subjects that have both an economic and social impact on their property values and well-being.
